Position OverviewAs Sales Manager West at Lauterbach Inc., you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our customer base in the Western region of the United States. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers
- Presenting and demonstrating our products
- Preparing, negotiating, and following up on quotations
- Planning, preparing for, and attending industry trade fairs and exhibitions
- Initiating new customer relationships and developing long-term, trusted partnerships
- Expanding business into new sectors and markets
- Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams at headquarters
To be considered for this role, you should bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science, or a comparable technical field
- Strong knowledge of hardware-related software (mandatory)
- Previous experience in technical sales
- Familiarity with debuggers for embedded applications (preferred)
- Experience with Lauterbach TRACE32 systems (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel within the USA and occasionally to Germany
- The ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail
