Technical Support Engineer (m/w/x)in Sfax Tunisia

As part of our technical support team based in Sfax - Tunisia, you will have the following tasks:

1. Worldwide technical support via e-mail and WebEx sessions for Lauterbach customers using the TRACE32 tools, mainly for the Arm and TriCore architectures
2. Development of regression tests for the TRACE32 debugger using scripting languages
3. Development of demonstration for the TRACE32 tools on different target processor platforms

You will work closely together with the support team in Sfax and the development team in Germany.

Job Requirements

• A degree from an engineering school in embedded systems, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable technical qualification
• Good English skills
• Ability to work well in a team, good communication skills
• First practical experience in embedded systems
• 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support would be an advantage
